She is friendly and supportive throughout the whole experience, working with you to achieve natural results, guiding you through every step she is taking and why. I thought I would try this clinic for an annual Executive Health Check. The testing duration was moderate in getting you through the entire process compared to other service providers; however, they do not offer a complete package, such as an abdominal scan ( you need to book another appointment when their technician is scheduled).

Following up on your results is all on you to chase, as the staff will not proactively send them to you, OR you will need to schedule a visit to the doctor to discuss your results and get a physical copy.

I've also done a sleep test (take-home kit) through Total Health, and it's the same thing. They will not send you the results proactively. Still chasing. I will not be coming back to this clinic for a third time.

I thought I would try this clinic for an annual Executive Health Check. Total Health saved our vacation! My 12 year old daughter had an unfortunate run in with a paddle board yesterday and knocked half her front tooth out and busted her lip. Total Health was able to see us immediately. They gave her some medicine for the pain because she had broken her tooth enough where the root was exposed. They did X-rays and started her root canal within an hour of us checking in. The root canal went great and they were able to save her tooth. They numbed her up and she had no pain during the process. We went back today and Dr. Oriana Sabga was able to bond her tooth and make it looked like it never happened! We'll have to get a permanent crown once we get home but this should do the trick for now. Dr. Sabga was amazing! She was patient, explained everything, was very gentle with my daughter and took great care of her. Our daughter's lip is healing and of course still slightly swollen
but now that her tooth is fixed you can hardly tell. This is a huge deal to us but especially to our daughter who will be turning 13 tomorrow. It saved our vacation, her birthday, and our family pictures scheduled for tomorrow evening. Our daughter was already back in the ocean today and feeling better. The pharmacy was great and we left yesterday with all the medications she needed. Thank goodness for Total Health! I highly recommend!

I had two cavity fillings with Dr. Sudeep Iyer, Consultant - Dental Surgeon, on 28 March 2025.

This was my first having dental work outside of my home country (UK) so was not sure what to expect, but I was immediately impressed with the patience and skill shown by Dr. Sundeep. I felt no discomfort during the entire procedure and I am very happy with the results.

Note this is not a bad review, this is my honest experience at total health. I have a cavity and went to check it out and was told If I want to save the tooth I'll have to do a root canal. An xray wasn't done so I said I'll come back cause I need to raise the money as well if that's the case. I was prescribed some pills. Upon uplifting the pills the staff at the pharmacy asked if I'm allergic to anything and I said ibuprofen and anything with the active ingredient in ibuprofen, she said ok and gave me ketolorac. I always Google pills before taking them and I saw that ketorolac is indeed and NSAID just like ibuprofen. I called her back and ask if I can come to exchange the pills and she said that not because I'm allergic to one type of NSAID that I'll be allergic to this pill because it comes in different dosage. I said ok and I trusted her... I took the pill and started swelling up because guess who's allergic to NSAID... smh

My daughter, has a very bad teeth situation. We went to several dental clinic and even went to the public hospital to get help. We are just being advised to come back and discussed with procedures and was asked prepare a big chunk of money since the procedures are very expensive. They also stated that my daughter has a very sensitive gag reflex and she needed to be in the theatre and put in to sedation to process everything. My daughter’s gums are swollen and infected and the clinics and hospitals was not able to help at all. Until a good friend recommended Dr. Shalina Sharma from Total Health. Dr. Sharma the pedia- dentist, is truly amazing! She worked her magic with kids, she assessed my daughter and we knew that she dont have a sensitive gag reflex and my daughter is very cooperative with dental

Waste of my time, I have been ill for a week, and have been in and out of the doctors rooms at total Health for scans and tests, they gave me a false diagnostic and all they want to do is give you IV because it’s expensive. Highly Recommend Total Health !! Exceptional service from the front desk to the Doctors. I recently saw Dr. Jinia Saha for an infection which required 7 days of IV antibiotics. Dr. Saha was very knowledgeable and discussed the treatment with me in depth and continued to check on my progress through my treatment. I also want to personally thank Nurse Israel for taking his time with me through the 7 days of IV antibiotics. I have very small veins and usually it takes many times to get a vein. Nurse Israel is a PRO!! He got the veins first time on every administration and caused no pain or bruising. He deserves an applause for his patience and care. I highly recommend Total Health Clinic. Whilst staying with my family I became unwell and was seen very quickly by Dr.Jinia Sana. She was kind and efficient; I was extremely impressed by her diagnosis and excellent treatment.
Total Health pharmacy is located in the same building - which is centrally situated about 5 minutes from the Ritz.

The doctor I saw, Dr. Saha, was thorough and very friendly. As a nurse practitioner, who works in primary care myself, I can say if you have a health issue and need to be seen when visiting the Cayman's the care provided by Total Health is top notch. I also feel, the cost of the visit was very reasonable and the pharmacy connected to the clinic was just as helpful and prompt as everyone else.
