Dale Crighton is the managing partner of a number of real estate based companies within the Crighton Group.  To date, these companies have completed the land works for the Islands largest developments, which include the Ritz Carlton, Camana Bay, Crystal Harbour, The Cays at Rum Pointe, Lalique Pointe, The Marquise at Lalique Pointe, Sunrise Landing, The Channels, Harbour Reach and a host of others.  The group has recently expanded into the development of high-end oceanfront homes and condominium developments such as FIN Grand Cayman.

From the early 70’s, the Crighton family has helped pioneer the real estate industry in the Cayman Islands and own one of the oldest and most respected real estate based companies on the island.  As Managing Director, Dale Crighton is involved in every aspect of the business on a day-to-day basis, which includes commercial and residential real estate sales and development, cemeteries, heavy equipment, construction, insurance and more recently, interests in tourism based, restaurant and security related businesses.  

Dale is a past Chairman of the Trade and Business License board, position where he served for 8 years and a past Chairman of the Information Communication and Technology Authority.  He has also been a member of the Planning Appeals Tribunal for approximately 14 years and is a past president of the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association where he also served as a Board Member for some 15 years.
