Karan Dave is a seasoned healthcare management professional and entrepreneur with over 15 years of leadership experience spanning Asia and the Caribbean. His expertise encompasses P&L management, business turnaround, operations, market assessment, and strategic development.

As the Founder and CEO of Total Health, the Cayman Islands’ most comprehensive outpatient medical facility, Karan has successfully built an eight-figure business within just three years of its inception. His vision for Total Health centers on preventive and integrative healthcare, offering a wide range of specialist consults, advanced diagnostics, and innovative longevity & wellness solutions.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Karan served as Director of Operations at Health City Cayman Islands, a subsidiary of the renowned Narayana Health Group. Prior to this, he held P&L leadership roles across multiple Narayana Health hospitals in India, including the 1000-bed JCI-accredited Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences in Bangalore, HSR Multispecialty Hospital, Dharamshila Multispecialty Hospital in New Delhi, and a network of specialty clinics. He also collaborated with McKinsey & Company on hospital process improvement initiatives.

Karan’s dynamic leadership, financial acumen, and bottom-up approach have consistently driven hospitals and healthcare enterprises to new levels of operational excellence and growth.

He holds a Master’s in Hospital Administration from the Indian Institute of Healthcare Management & Research (IIHMR) and an MBA in Healthcare from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. Karan is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and excellence in the field.
